Dr Thabiso Njongwe

Thabiso is an impact-driven technology leader, business agility strategist, educator and entrepreneur, with over 25 years of experience across several industries, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Logistics, Management Consulting, and Education. Her interest lies in the intersection of enterprise agility and digital transformation to drive client, employee, and business outcomes.

Thabiso has extensive international experience leading cross-functional product engineering teams located in the USA, India, Russia, China and South Africa. Prior to her CDTO appointment at Absa, Thabiso was the Head of Enterprise Agile Transformation at Standard Bank Group, Principal Consultant at ThoughtWorks, Mobile & Digital Manager and Agile Transformation Lead at Nedbank, Senior Staff Software Engineer at Motorola (USA), and EdTech Adjunct Professor at Northern Illinois University (USA).
