It is broadly accepted that innovation in the digital age is the only way organizations can remain competitive, and yet, most business leaders acknowledge that their innovation efforts fails most of the time (between 80 and 90% of the time!). Millions of dollars are poured down the drain because of investment that never make any significant contribution to the organisation’s bottom line! What if I told you that there is a way that your organisation can turn the numbers around, and make 80 to 90% of your innovation efforts pay, and some with significant dividends? You have to, however, be willing to change a few things in your business, and although what we propose is easy. It’s easy in principle, and in practices it’s also not difficult, but hard!
